Strong social connections help children and adults with disabilities feel included, valued, and supported. In this workshop, families will learn why these relationships matter and how they can encourage them every day. We will share simple ways to help build friendships at home, in school, and in the community. Families will also learn how to recognize common barriers and find practical ways to create more opportunities for connection and belonging. Participants will leave with ideas they can use to support meaningful relationships at every stage of life.
