The ALAS Self-Advocate Leadership Institute empowers Spanish-speaking self-advocates aged 16–26 with developmental disabilities. Over the course of three interactive weeks, participants will:

✅ Week 1: Build self-awareness, discover personal strengths, and learn advocacy skills. Please note, during Week 1, our office will be closed on Juneteenth (Thursday, June 19) to honor this important day of freedom and equality.
✅ Week 2: Develop leadership through teamwork, goal-setting, and decision-making.
✅ Week 3: Focus on health and wellness, creating healthy habits and managing stress.

This program offers valuable tools for personal growth, leadership development, and self-empowerment.
