Having a child with a disability can affect the whole family, including siblings. This workshop will help families understand sibling experiences and learn ways to support all children at home.

Two adult siblings of individuals with disabilities will share personal stories about growing up with their siblings. Families will learn how sibling relationships can change over time and how to help every child feel loved, heard, and important.

Participants will also learn simple ways to improve communication, lower stress, and build stronger family connections.

This workshop will be offered entirely in Spanish.
