Making decisions about the future can feel overwhelming, but families do not have to navigate the process alone. This workshop explains what guardianship is, what legal responsibilities it involves, and when it may be appropriate. Participants will also learn about Supported Decision-Making Agreements and other options that help individuals maintain their rights while receiving the support they need. Families will leave with a better understanding of these choices and the resources available to help them make informed decisions.
