In this workshop, families will discover simple ways to help their children prepare for the transition back to school. We will share practical strategies to reduce anxiety, build daily routines, and encourage a positive start to the school year. Participants will leave with ideas they can use at home to help their children feel confident, prepared, and ready for success.
