Planning for adult services can feel overwhelming, but knowing your options can help. This workshop introduces families to Family Care and IRIS, two long-term care programs in Wisconsin. Families will learn how each program works and who may qualify for services. We will discuss where to start, what questions to ask, and what to expect during the process. Participants will also learn how to take part in planning services that support their family member’s needs and goals. The goal is to help families feel more informed and ready to explore adult care options.

This workshop will be offered entirely in Spanish.
