Preparing for life after high school is an important step for students with disabilities and their families. This workshop helps families learn about transition planning and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). We will explore how DVR can help youth and adults build job skills, explore career interests, and prepare for work. Families will also learn about school and community supports that can help with future goals. We will share simple tips and helpful resources to make planning easier. The goal is to help families feel more confident as they prepare for life after school.

This workshop will be offered entirely in Spanish.
