SUMMARY:Caminatas con ALAS – Community Wellness Walks
DESCRIPTION:For the first time\, ALAS is launching Caminatas con ALAS — a seasonal walking series created to help families connect outside of workshops and classrooms. This new initiative is designed to support physical health\, emotional well-being\, and meaningful community connection in a relaxed\, welcoming setting. \nWe will gather at Hank Aaron Trail\, Lakefront Trail\, Urban Ecology Center: Riverside Park\, 7 Bridges Trail\, and Whitnall Park — beautiful local spaces that allow families to enjoy nature while spending intentional time together. These walks are free and open to ALAS families and community members. Participants are responsible for their own transportation\, and the exact meeting location will be shared closer to each walk date. \nTo see the full schedule\, event details\, and flyer\, please complete and review the registration form. \nCaminatas con ALAS is an opportunity to move our bodies\, strengthen relationships\, and continue growing as a community — one step at a time.
