It is a privilege to write this letter of introduction and commitment as the new Executive Director of Alianza Latina Aplicando Soluciones (A.L.A.S.) Inc.

For over 15 years, A.L.A.S. Inc. has advocated for families with children that have special needs. Since 2005, the number of families served by A.L.A.S. has grown along with the dedication, devotion, and determination of the board, staff, volunteers and supporters of A.L.A.S.It is now my pleasure to work with each one of them as we continue to grow and serve the families and children of this agency.

During this time of transition for A.L.A.S. Inc., I express my commitment to the families that we serve. A.L.A.S. continually lives up to its mission and vision by providing support, education, and advocacy for families of children with special needs, while meeting the expectations of our funding sources. We have met challenges that have cultivated true ingenuity and leadership within the community that we serve and will continue to in the future.I would like to thank our talented staff for their accomplishments as they continue to make a difference in the lives of the families and children we serve.

We look forward to maintaining your support as we forge ahead with our vital mission & vision in 2013 and the years to come.I am very grateful to have the opportunity to serve in this capacity and work for the families in our community and look forward to meeting many of you as we begin this new and exciting year.
